Shortly after we chose our track, the music video was released. This has not hindered our project because the ideas that we came up with are very different from the music video and we have not plagarised anything from the official video. We are using the music from the lyric video and not the official music video because they are slightly different and we prefer the more upbeat original version over the remixed version.

We had to make sure that we weren't breaking any copyright rules, so we sent an email to Artbeatz requesting permission to use the song for education, non-profit purposes. So far, we have not received a reply and we will continue with our project on the condition that they refuse to let us use the song.
