The shoot-board is one of the most important documents that we will produce. It is a guideline for the shots that we intend to shoot in chronological order.
During filming, we will use the shoot-board to keep track of what we have yet to shoot. One of our group members will tick off the shots that we have completed so that all of us can follow the schedule in order to complete the shoot on time and move on to the next set up.
It is always useful to have a visual guide when filming. The shoot-board will also be helpful to our teachers or technician if they want to be check our progress.
We have produced a test shoot-board which we will revise to make the main shoot-board.

In retrospect, the shoot board could be improved by breaking the timing into sections instead of assigning specific times to each shot. We used a ticklist in conjunction with the shootboard which was very useful to us during the main shoot.
